This is easy and fun to make! A German friend suggested this for a very easy and healthy breakfast. It's delicious!!
Chop up an apple, and put the pieces in the bottom of a cereal bowl.
Scoop about 3 heaping tablespoons of vanilla lowfat yogurt atop the apple pieces
Sprinkle some no-sugar-added Müsli or lowfat/low sugar granola cereal atop your creation.
Find a spoon, and..
Variations: I have made this using chopped banana, chopped grapes, and chopped peach for the fruit on the bottom. Delicious and healthy, whichever fruit you use!
